The Canine Intelligence Agency (CIA), offers a complete canine training and behavioral service. Headquartered in Chicago, CIA was founded in 1989 by Cis Frankel, a canine behaviorist, breeder of champion Weimaraners, and recent author of the highly acclaimed book, Urban Dog:The Ultimate Street Smart Training Manual
During the past 12 years, Frankel has trained thousands of dogs and their owners, including Oprah Winfrey's cocker spaniels, Solomon and Sophie, who have been well-behaved, welcome guests at the Emmys, the Oscars, and the White House.
Frankel serves as a frequent consultant to veterinarians on canine temperament and behavior. Frankel's dogs have appeared in TV shows, commercials, live theatre and at book signings.
| "Anyone who owns a dog knows it is one of the primary relationships in a person's life," explains Frankel. "My goal is to enrich and maximize that relationship so that it is rewarding and special."

The CIA dogs perform well at AKC events, they are also lovely as pets and are smart canine citizens. Together they enjoy playing in the city - you can frequently see them rollerblading, biking, walking and running 3-5 miles daily. No matter how Cis travels, they are always practicing street-smart training in many different environments throughout the city.
